Sonesta International Hotels in Hawaii seeks a seasoned Front Desk Manager to lead daily operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and manage staffing and budgets. You will drive service standards, coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments, and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.

The role emphasizes guest-focused leadership, achieving performance goals, and maintaining safety and hospitality quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, some college or equivalent.
• A 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Manager.
• Experience in a hotel or a hospitality-related field preferred.
• Understanding of and previous experience in a union environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Desk operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Review resumes for arriving groups and coordinate master accounts and group requests.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and respond to guest concerns and emergencies.

Education
