Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Sleep Inn Buffalo/Amherst to join our team as a part-time Guest Service Representative. The agent will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out in the PMS, take reservations, and respond to guest needs with professional service.

Strong computer skills and cash handling are required. The role offers a part-time schedule with morning and evening shifts, weekend availability, and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures through the Property Management System while collecting and storing information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guests' needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
• Take reservations from callers and input information into the hotel management system; update or cancel reservations as requested.
• Typical Schedule: Morning Shifts 7 AM – 3 PM, Evening Shifts 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability.

The Sleep Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team!

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM – 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability needed
