Location: South Tampa bakery at 1155 S. Dale Mabry Hwy.

The Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment, offers solutions for celebrations, and sells cakes. They are the first brand contact, engaging guests, creating memorable experiences, and embodying NbC core values with a focus on guest satisfaction and workplace excellence.

Accountabilities/Duties:

1. Greet guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
2. Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cakes, flavors, pricing, promotions, and retail items.
3. Suggest additional merchandise like balloons, candles, and cards.
4. Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club.
5. Keep the bakery clean and organized, including routine cleaning tasks.
6. Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays.
7. Assist in cake decoration and packaging preparations.
8. Follow health, safety, and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
9. Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:
