Job summary

HOMEWOOD SUITES - AUSTIN ROUND ROCK is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required, and flexibility for shifts, including holidays and weekends, is important.
