Job summary

RIDGECREST HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and contribute to memorable stays.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing local information. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required; flexibility to work any shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Proficient with computers and hotel front desk systems.
