Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Highlands Ranch, Colorado to welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and ensure smooth front desk operations. You will handle reservations, answer questions, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to support a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, is comfortable with computers and hotel systems, and can multitask across shifts, including holidays and weekends.
