Guest Service Representative (Administrative)
The Guest Service Representative (Administrative) is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys/cards, transmitting and receiving messages, maintaining records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, making and confirming reservations, presenting statements to guests, and collecting payments from departing guests. The role may also require performing laundry duties and preparing housekeeping carts.
