Guest Service Representative – Full-Time
Hilton Garden Inn, Eagan, MN
Pay: $15.50/hr to $17.50/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 3pm–11pm

We're seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our front desk team at the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagan. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues positively.

• Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experience.

• Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work a rotating schedule (3pm–11pm).

• Flexibility to learn and occasionally cover other shifts (11pm–7am, 7am–3pm).

• Typically work 3–5 days per week, including some weekends.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Dependability and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
