Coborn's, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest. Our store formats include Coborn's, Cash Wise, Marketplace Foods, Hornbacher's, Tadych’s Marketplace Foods, and Sullivan’s Foods, along with online grocery delivery services through CobornsDelivers and Cash Wise Delivers.

We also operate liquor stores under various brands, and have divisions in fuel, convenience, pharmacy, grocery warehouse and distribution, bakery, and more. We own additional retail entities like Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, among others.

Overview

A Guest Services Representative is passionate about providing remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter by offering convenient, specialty products and services not offered by traditional grocery retailers (e.g., Money Orders, Western Union, Dry Cleaning, Postage, etc.). They support the front-end and the store through cashier interventions, transaction corrections, returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, and more.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Maintaining a positive attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
2. Performing all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, operating various machines, and handling transactions.
3. Assisting guests with merchandise returns, overcharges, and related issues.
4. Conducting cashier accuracy audits and troubleshooting issues.
5. Providing backup services in various store areas and supporting management in their absence.
