The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions, and sells our delicious cakes. The role involves being the first point of contact in our bakery, engaging and bringing joy to guests, creating memorable experiences, and leaving positive impressions. The Guest Service Representative embodies NbC's core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, excellence, and efficiency.

Accountabilities/Duties

1. Greet walk-in and phone guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
2. Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise.
3. Suggest additional merchandise like balloons, candles, and cards to enhance celebrations.
4. Process orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club.
5. Keep the bakery clean and organized, including routine cleaning and maintenance of display areas.
6. Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays to ensure visual appeal.
7. Assist in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
8. Follow all health, safety, and company policies, including dress and hygiene standards.
9. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
