A leading company is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist to handle customer interactions for scheduling pest inspections. This fully remote position requires strong customer service skills and at least one year of call center experience. The role involves making and receiving calls, recommending products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Equipment will be provided, and the pay rate is $14.50 per hour.
100% remote position

The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.
Customer Service Specialists will handle inbound calls and may need to make outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling. They will be scored on the percentage of leads per call and on booking the next appointment for a technician. Some states require an inspection before scheduling a service, so scheduling technicians accordingly is necessary. Quotes cannot be given over the phone, which is why scheduling a technician is essential.
Specialists will handle approximately 80-100 calls daily.
Requirements include at least 1+ year of call center experience; sales experience is a plus for overcoming objections during scheduling.
Responsibilities include recommending products based on customer needs, contacting customers to demonstrate and explain products, and soliciting orders. They will also estimate prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Providing customers with samples and catalogs is also part of the role.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years of customer service or call center experience required.
Entry Level

This is a fully remote position.
