Customer Service Representative - Remote

Join Sharecare, a leading digital health company dedicated to unifying and managing health information for individuals and organizations. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent support to members and providers via inbound calls and emails.

Job Summary

The CSR answers inquiries, inputs data, and maintains high customer service standards with courtesy and professionalism. The role involves handling routine calls, troubleshooting, and promoting Sharecare’s programs and services using a computerized system.

Essential Job Functions
  • Identify and prioritize caller needs and concerns.
  • Develop resolution plans and respond efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams.
  • Analyze problems and determine solutions according to protocols.
  • Educate callers on program benefits.
  • Meet call center performance metrics.
  • Use computer tools to document and process information accurately.
  • Build rapport and adjust communication style appropriately.
  • Provide accurate information about Sharecare's offerings.
  • Escalate and follow up on complex issues.
Qualifications
