Comfort Inn Camp Verde in Arizona is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to be the face of our hotel, greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, and delivering warm, efficient service.

You will use our hotel management software to process reservations, manage guest accounts, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a memorable stay. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; PMS experience a bonus.
• Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience
• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest account records
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

Requirements

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred, hospitality experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system (PMS) experience is a bonus
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
