Job summary

Comfort Inn Camp Verde, Arizona is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping team member to join our hospitality family. This role helps maintain clean, welcoming guest spaces and contributes to a positive guest experience.

You will clean rooms and common areas, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests while following safety procedures. Prior housekeeping experience is welcome, but not required, and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities and supplies.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management.
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services in a timely manner.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
