Job summary

Comfort Inn Camp Verde in Arizona is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to be the face of our hotel, greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, and delivering warm, efficient service.

You will use our hotel management software to process reservations, manage guest accounts, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a memorable stay. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; PMS experience a bonus.
• Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional check-in.
• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel software.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide local area information and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
