Comfort Inn Camp Verde in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to support overnight operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and guest satisfaction.

You will handle nightly audits, guest check-ins, and end-of-day summaries, while maintaining security and a calm, professional presence during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a bonus.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily reports
• Check in and check out guests during overnight hours with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer front desk calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Balance cash drawer and prepare end-of-day financial summaries for management
• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of overnight guests
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for department managers prior to morning shift
