Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• High School education or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition on arrival
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and route inquiries
• Handle cash drops and maintain accurate shift banking
• Keep front desk tidy and organized
• Assist with lobby activations as needed
• Protect guest PII and data privacy
• Ensure proper identification and payment at check-in/out
• Respond to guest inquiries and needs promptly
• Perform additional duties to meet business goals
