Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage front desk operations, and deliver exceptional service at the Hollywood Beach location. The role emphasizes personal recognition, accuracy in handling transactions, and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Responsible for issued bank; count bank at beginning and end of shift and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures when handling guest PII data.
• Check identification documents and form of payment at check-in/out.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
