Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Hollywood Beach location. You will greet guests, check in VIPs, assist with arrivals, answer phones, and help create a welcoming experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in front desk operations, with knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and strong communication skills. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required to support daily tasks and guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed
• Manage cash handling and report all cash over/shorts to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PPI data properly
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures with guests
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
