Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf’s IronOaks at Sun Lakes is seeking a Guest Service Professional to support daily guest services for the golf course, assist with tournament setup, equipment rental, and player assistance. This role reports to the Guest Service Supervisor or Head Golf Professional.

Ideal candidates are customer oriented, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about task
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with good attitude toward coworkers and the public.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Provide information about golf course conditions and day’s activities to staff and players for a safe, enjoyable experience.
• Maintain effective communication with all team members to ensure a smooth, informed operation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionally respond to guest concerns.
• Help manage and maintain rental equipment, golf carts, and other guest service supplies.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Welcome players, load clubs, guide them to the shop, and prepare carts for the day.
• Assist in tournament operations and support role as needed.
