Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Queen Creek seeks a Guest Service Professional to support daily guest services for the golf course, including setup, equipment rental, and player assistance. Reports to the Guest Service Supervisor or Head Golf Pro.

Key responsibilities include communicating course information to staff, maintaining safety and service standards, and providing outstanding guest experiences. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about tasks.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Provide information about golf course conditions and day’s activities to staff.
• Maintain effective communication with all team members to ensure a safe, smooth guest experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service; respond professionally to guest concerns.
• Manage rental equipment, golf carts, and guest service supplies.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Greet players, load clubs, and guide them to the Golf Shop.
• Assist in tournament operations as needed.
• Know Golf Shop products and respond to questions about services.
