Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience.
- Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service.
- Orchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standards.
- Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency.
- Fill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tables.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions.
- Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude.
