Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Kansas City, MO is seeking friendly servers to join our front-of-house team. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment you will guide guests through the menu, take orders at the POS, and deliver meals with attentiveness and hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience.
