Qualifications

• 12+ months of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming experience.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Provide attentive service and build rapport with guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely delivery of meals.
• Recommend menu items and answer questions on ingredients and allergies.
• Assist with sidework, cleaning, and closing tasks as needed.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
