Graduate Dallas, part of Collegiate Hotel Group, is seeking a Full-time Guest Service Representative to join the team in Dallas. You will greet guests, prepare amenities, escort VIPs, and handle phone inquiries while maintaining cash handling accuracy and front desk organization.

Responsibilities include upselling amenities, safeguarding guest data, and delivering a seamless arrival experience for guests and VIPs alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with warmth and personal recognition.
• Review arrival list and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs and check them in before arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings and direct inquiries.
• Manage cash at start/end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk organized and clean; assist with lobby activation.
• Handle guest PII data with proper procedures.
• Communicate Graduate Arrival experience points to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and proactively.
• Support front desk upsell program and collect IDs/payments.
