Job summary

Graduate Dallas is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals, escort VIPs, answer phones, and help maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

You will process payments, support cash handling, upsell opportunities, and protect guest data while delivering an exceptional arrival experience. A high school diploma is required, and strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition in a warm, authentic manner.
• Assist in preparing and delivering welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer phones within three rings and route inquiries.
• Maintain front desk and assist with lobby activation.
• Handle guest PII data in accordance with policy.
• Participate in Front Desk upsell program.
• Retrieve IDs and payment methods on arrival.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
