Indiana Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for an overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) in Jeffersonville, IN. The role involves night audit tasks, guest check-in/check-out support, and daily financial reporting while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Weekend availability is required, with a strong emphasis on providing a seamless guest experience across all hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout shift.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling transactions.
• Professional attitude and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and reset the operating system for the next day’s business.
• Send daily financial reports to the property and corporate team.
• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and assist with reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve problems customers may experience.
• Monitor daily reservations and ensure rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
• Handle financial transactions (cash and credit).
• Assist with guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Respond to guest complaints and actively listen to feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness of the property and perform light cleaning duties if needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the general manager.

and the ability to problem solve. This is an over-night position, hours are 11 PM to 7 AM!

Responsibilities include:

• Running the night audit and resetting the operating system for next days business
• Sending out daily financial reports to above property and corporate team
• Greeting guests both in person and over the phone
• Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and assisting guests with making reservations
• Answering guest questions and assisting guests with any problems they may experience
• Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit)
• Promptly assisting with guest requests
• Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints
• Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed
• Other duties as assigned by general manager
