Job summary

Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Florida is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate communicates well and can solve problems while providing friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include running the night audit, sending daily financial reports, greeting guests, handling check-ins and reservations, answering questions, and ensuring room readiness. Weekend availability is mandatory.

• Sending out daily financial reports to above property and corporate team.
• Greeting guests both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and assisting guests with making reservations.
• Answering guest questions and assisting guests with any problems they may experience.
• Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
• Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit).
• Promptly assisting with guest requests.
• Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed.
• Other duties as assigned by general manager
