Responsibilities

• Coach hosts to deliver friendly, superior customer service.
• Maintain measurement plans and reports for operational effectiveness.
• Conduct training needs assessments and provide coaching.
• Deliver on-the-job training programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop Guest Service Leaders.
• Assess department friendliness and show aspects, providing feedback and solutions.
• Manage training activities and support organizational effectiveness.
• Handle hiring processes, onboarding, and training documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Store Manager to ensure guest service levels.
• Process guest orders, perform cashier and guest service desk functions.
• Ensure accurate cash counts and daily deposits.
• Monitor audits and enforce policies on Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Maintain supplies within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Front End operations.
• Availability to work shifts during peak times (e.g., 10-7) at least 3-4 days per week.
