Church's Chicken is seeking a team member for a fast-paced quick-service environment. You will greet customers, take and fill orders, and help maintain display and cleanliness.

You will handle cash, deliver orders, resolve customer questions or complaints, and ensure stock rotation and beverage supply. The role requires punctuality and basic computer skills, with adherence to operating standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting at all levels.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Cash handling with security and drawer management.
• Basic computer skills.
• Punctual attendance for each scheduled shift.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a sincere smile and friendly attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within company service time.
• Suggestive up-sell of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service problems or complaints and notify the manager as needed.
• Verify opening reading and bank; count cash and reconcile the drawer.
• Notify Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensure product holding times are observed and products are rotated and displayed attractively.
• Keep display case interior and exterior clean and stocked with napkins, cups, lids, etc., and maintain iced tea supply.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
