Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to serve guests courteously and efficiently under the Service Standards Manual. The role requires accurate cash handling, order accuracy, and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, take orders, upsell as directed, and ensure product rotation and cleanliness while supporting management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with all levels.
• Ability to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive, efficient service.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Handle cash and deliver orders accurately.
• Address customer issues and notify the manager as needed.
• Maintain clean display, rotate products, and stock service area.
