Job summary

Church's Chicken is hiring a restaurant team member to serve guests with courtesy and speed. You will handle orders, cash, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting using Church's operating standards. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, handling money, resolving issues, and maintaining clean display and stock levels. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and count change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill orders within service time.
• Suggest upsells as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders.
• Address customer service issues promptly.
• Notify manager as needed.
• Verify opening bank and cash handling.
• Be accountable for cash issued and guest checks.
• Count down drawer at end of shift.
• Notify Manager of deletions or equipment problems.
• Maintain product holding times and display rotation.
• Keep display area clean and stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
