Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the guest experience at a hotel site. You will work with coworkers to ensure service standards are met, handle coordination and administrative tasks, and provide guidance when the manager is off-site.

This role is not a manager but may require quick judgment for urgent issues. The position offers an hourly base pay range of $16 to $18 per hour plus tips and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Open doors, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Provide bell services and assist guests with directions & reservations.
• Lead work group and assist in scheduling and communicating shift changes.
• Manage key/mat information, reports, and cash handling during shifts.
• Protect guest confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
