Job summary

Red Hawk Casino in Placerville, CA is seeking a friendly team member to provide excellent guest service and support the dining room during busy shifts.

The role includes clearing and resetting tables, assisting Food Servers, maintaining clean side stations, stocking dishes and supplies, monitoring guest needs and upholding health and safety standards to ensure a pleasurable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service at all times.
• Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests experiencing a pleasurable dining experience.
• Assists Food Servers in serving guests throughout their meal, observing requests for service, clears dishes after eating, maintains a clean eating area.
• Maintains cleanliness of side stations, stocks dishes, silverware, paper supplies and other items.
• Answers guest questions and refers to management when needed.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
• Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
• Sweeps or mops as necessary.
• Serves ice water as needed.
• Assists Food Servers in restocking items during service.
• Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of service areas.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, organized manner in line with health and safety regulations.
• Keeps traffic areas free from clutter and debris.
• Completes daily opening and closing sidework as assigned.
