Job summary

Chicken Ranch Casino is seeking a Busser to support the Food and Beverage team in a high-volume environment in Jamestown, CA. The role emphasizes table clearing, sanitizing, and resetting to maintain guest flow and dining room efficiency.

You will assist with clearing, assisting Guests, and supporting food running while upholding sanitary standards and professional communication with management. 18+ years old, ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of Busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere.
• Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification.
• 2+ years of Busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional Guest service and Teamwork.
• Fill and empty bus carts, stack dirty dishes, and assist Guests with a positive attitude.
• Clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations.
• Sanitize tables and chairs, sweep and mop as necessary.
• Replace/refill condiments and clean containers.
• Roll and replenish silverware stock.
• Complete all side work tasks.
• Clean and reset tables after Guests leave.
• Inform Guests of any Food and Beverage specials.
• Assist with food running, serving drinks, and seating Guests.
• Communicate with management professionally and involve them in Guest recovery issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
