Job summary

Red Hawk Casino in Placerville, CA is seeking a bartending/food service professional to take and fill orders, maintain a clean dining and bar area, and ensure safe, compliant beverage service. You will mix and serve beverages, manage payments, and adhere to health, safety, and CARE guidelines for responsible consumption.

Position requires at least 21 years of age with 2+ years related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Takes and fills all food orders and assists in maintaining guests dining areas in a clean and neat fashion.
Performs pre-busing of the Bar area on a continuous basis keeping area free of clutter.
Mixes and serves alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Receives, issues, and keeps necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
Receives payment from food and beverage guests/servers in a prompt and courteous manner.
Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures.
Follows all CARE guidelines to help assist with guests’ responsible consumption.
