Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Houston seeks a Courteous Complimentary Attendant to deliver top-quality beverage and food service in the hotel’s complimentary offerings. You will uphold brand standards, engage with guests, and support multiple restaurant outlets within the property.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, supporting bar operations, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area while meeting service standards and local regulations. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Standard of service and guest relations knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Requirement to hold Food Handlers card where applicable.
• Must be of legal drinking age and able to obtain TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Provide high quality beverage service and attend to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service, and dining areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and side work.
• Handle cashiering tasks and close checks as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local area attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, and beverage supplies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with hotel standards.
