Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in Williamsburg, Virginia is hiring for a Grab and Go team member at the Williamsburg Lodge. You will provide prompt counter or delivery service of quality food and beverage and retail items in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Duties include taking and assembling guest orders with condiments, accepting payments, maintaining clean displays, restocking products, brewing coffee, and assisting with guest amenities, while following state alcohol service laws.

Qualificações

• Must be available for full-time hours, including early mornings, weekends, Sundays and holidays; typical shift 6am–9pm
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing ≤50 pounds without assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service with each guest during every interaction
• Take and assemble guest orders, including all condiments and utensils
• Accept payments appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all display and work areas, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Restock products as necessary
• Brew coffee, follow standards to ensure freshness, and restock machines and inventory
• Bus and wipe down counters and tables as guests depart
• Follow all state and local laws for distributing alcohol responsibly
• Assemble and deliver guest amenities as requested
