• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience or customer service experience.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain Williamsburg James City County food handler’s card and TIPS certification; present during interview if active.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing tables and stocking work stations.
• Remove dirty dish trays and restock beverages, coffee and supplies.
• Walk food to guest tables and perform water and coffee service.
• Maintain buffet lines, food temps, and clean service stations.
• Assist with dining room setup, linen replenishment, and table resets.
• Routinely polish tables, chairs, and hi-chairs; assist host with seating.
