NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC is looking for an in-person Wax Specialist in San Jose, CA. You will greet guests, educate them on exclusive products, and drive sales while managing front-desk duties in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Salary: $18.45 – $19.00 hourly. Hourly + sales bonuses available. Full‑time and part‑time positions. Work location: in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
