Job summary

European Wax Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a cheerful, guest-focused experience. This role drives sales for wax passes, assists with center operations, and welcomes guests as they arrive and depart.

You will educate guests on products like Strut 365, maintain the front of the center, and support marketing efforts while following all policies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of related experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one–two years of related experience or training.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Experience in customer service is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes.
• Open and close procedures of the center.
• Manage the flow of guests in and out of the center and assist with questions as needed. Maintain the Reservation Book regarding the guest's requests and associate's availability.
• Educate all guests on EWC's product portfolio, Strut 365™, demonstratE products on guests, and explain the benefits and savings of Wax Passes while remaining consistent with waxing services.
• Maintain the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions.
• Check their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arrive to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participate in all weekly Strut Sessions (if a Strut Session falls on a day the associate is not scheduled, attend a minimum of 1 Strut Session per month).
• Participate on Strut Bloomfire by actively commenting on questions and posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience by using EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses while working at the location.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals.
• Maintain center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
