Job summary

Kitchen Kettle Village – MOMS Pretzels Shop in Intercourse, PA, is seeking a part-time Guest Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with pretzel baking, and manage daily operations.

You will greet guests, handle money, maintain cleanliness and safety, and participate in promotions. The role offers 20–34 hours per week with evenings and Sundays closed and includes a 20% employee discount.

• Maintain food safety by recording HACCP logs and following procedures.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance.
• Greet every guest in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrate skill and efficiency in properly baking pretzels and handling money.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures.
• Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Assist in keeping condiments and paper supplies stocked and clean.
