Job summary

Church's Chicken in Ferguson, MO is seeking a Restaurant Crew member to greet guests warmly, take and fill orders promptly, and deliver food with a smile in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash accurately, balance the till, count back change, maintain a clean display case, stock supplies, rotate products, and assist with other duties as assigned to keep service smooth. The position reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is part of Field Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and fill customer orders within company service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service problems or complaints and notify the manager as needed.
• Verify opening reading and bank; count back cash and balance drawer.
• Notify Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Maintain proper product rotation and attractive display.
• Keep service area clean and stocked (napkins, cups, lids, iced tea).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
