Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must handle money and count back change accurately.
• Basic computer skills and cash accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and deliver fast, courteous service.
• Take and fill orders within service time guidelines.
• Suggest upsells as directed by management.
• Collect payment and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer complaints promptly and notify the manager when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and report discrepancies.
