Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and customer service procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a courteous, welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service issues promptly and notify management when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy; count and reconcile at shift end.
• Report any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure proper product holding times and rotate/display products attractively.
• Keep the service area and display case clean and well stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
