Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and fulfill the customer’s order within service time standards.
• Suggest add-ons and upsell as directed by management.
• Handle cash, collect payment, and issue correct change.
• Address customer concerns and notify manager as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Ensure products are rotated and displayed attractively.
• Keep service area clean and stocked with supplies.
