A leading luxury hotel in Chicago seeks a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee night operations, ensuring compliance with financial controls and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves supervising staff, resolving issues, and maintaining operational standards. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in hospitality and strong communication skills.

Supervise night accounting and general hotel operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, compliance with standards and regulations, customer satisfaction and protection of the guests, staff and assets. Position is responsible for supervising night operations. May recommend and implement procedural/safety changes.
Education/Formal Training
One to two years of post-high school education.
Experience
One to two years Night Audit supervisory experience or a related position with this company or other organization(s).
