Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or PMS software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: assist guests with the process and create a welcoming experience.
• Reservations Management: handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Customer Service: respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Payment Processing: manage room charges, deposits, and refunds with accuracy and policy alignment.
• Communication Hub: coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
