Home2 Suites by Hilton North Attleboro, located at 777 S. Washington Street, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for a part-time position in North Attleboro, MA.

You will handle guest registration, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area. The role requires customer service experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work onsite with flexible afternoon/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of employment experience in a related position.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Hours required: Part Time 24 hours per week for shifts Afternoon (PM); Evening; Weekends/ Holidays
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms.
• Ability to stand at front desk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs. guest luggage; limited
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Aufgaben

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate relevant shift information to next shift and direct supervisor.
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities.
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest requests.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
• Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures.
• Assist with other departments when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
