The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport hotel, part of HHM Hospitality, seeks a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, handle reservations and payments, and respond to requests. You will help ensure smooth operations at the front desk and contribute to high guest satisfaction scores.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, familiarity with PMS systems, and the ability to balance accounts while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit and receive messages using telephones or the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes.
• Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and audits.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Assist in breakfast area or luggage handling during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
